Step 01:

Unfold oven body legs.

Step 02:

Assembly the burner hopper to the oven body.  (*Notice:After installation, the burner hoppe should fit with the screw hole of the oven body. If the screw hole does not fit, please re-check the steps for installation.)

Step 03:

Fix the burner hopper with M5 phillips screws x4.

Step 04:

Attach the handle on the tray with M5 phillips screws x2.

Step 05:

Attach the handle on the shovel.

Step 06:

Load the shovel and tray on the oven.

Step 07:

Insert the pizza stone. And install the chimney on the oven body, and twist the chimney counterclockwise to locate it to the base.

Step 08:

Attach the handle on the door. And then attach the door to the oven.

The wood-fired pizza oven is ready for use.

CAUTION

Avoid contact with metal parts during use. Ensure that you wear heat resistant gloves or use wooden utensils when handling.
1. Allow the oven to rest for approximately one hour after the fire has ceased.After the resting period follow the below instructions.
2. Fill a metal bucket/container with water and put on heat resistant gloves.

NOTICE

Check that all embers are completely extinguished and remaining smoke has escaped before proceeding to move,cover or handle the oven in any manner.

Step 09:

Remove the tray.

Step 10:

Put the burner into the rear of the oven body. Secure it with M5 phillips screws×3. (Notice: Don’t forget to remove the burner ignition needle protective case.)

The gas-fired pizza oven is ready for use.

WARNING

Before connecting gas for ignition, make sure that the furnace door and air flue have been opened. Then connect the gas for ignition. Opening the furnace door and air flue is to avoid the accumulation of gas in the furnace when the ignition fails. Then ignition may cause flashover and safety accidents.

CAUTION

● Before lighting, please check all connections with proper procedure. If there is a leak, immediately turn off the gas!
● Before lighting, make sure the door is open.
● When lighting, keep your face and hands as far away from the oven as possible.
● Do not store a spare gas tank under or near the appliance.
● If the information in above warning is not followed exactly, a fire causing death or serious injury may occur.
● This appliance will be hot during and after use. Use insulated oven mitts or gloves for protection from hot surfaces or splatter from cooking liquids.
